Michael Berry
Senior Property Manager
Michael serves as a senior property manager for Peak and oversees the management of commercial properties, apartments and single family homes. Michael has over 14 years experience in management with a strong background in collections. Michael has worked for more than 5 years as a property manager for Peak and has managed over 400,000 square feet of retail, office and multi-family properties over the past several years. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2005.
After growing up in Portland, Oregon, Michael received his BA in Business Management at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho in 1987. He worked in both the rent-to-own industry and property management, and has several years experience as a real estate investor, owning properties in multiple states. In addition, Michael has successfully purchased-fixed-sold and/or managed more than 15 properties over the past several years.
